D, performance requirements: ball mill should be kept stable rotation and flexible operation, reliable sealing performance, no loose phenomenon in each successive piece. No-load operation must be operated more than 2h and satisfy the requirement: normal operation; no leakage in gearbox main loose ball bearings ; balanced running and no obvious vibration phenomenon;load test (only after qualified no-load test) must be operated more than 12h and satisfy: work balance, no obvious vibration phenomenon; no leakage in gearbox main bearing; point temperature measuring is below 80 Celsius degrees in ball mill main bearing, temperature rises should be kept within 40 Celsius degrees; no loose phenomenon between fasteners.

After the previous aborted attempt up the sketchy rock section the steep pebbly slope looked inviting. But rather than being covered in a thick layer of gravel into which we could sink our feet and gain traction, it was essentially a sheet of rock covered in ball bearings. We slid slowly down it on our butts digging our heals into what little loose rock existed and in some places skidding the soles of our boots on bare rock, while bracing against out trekking poles, and trying as best we could to not break into an unstoppable free slide. It wasn’t easy to keep from breaking free. By about halfway down I was wondering just how far up my rear my pants were going to be shoved.

My ceiling fan has a rattle that seems to be coming from the inside of the fan. The fan itself doesn’t wiggle or seem off kilter. The rattling is kind of intermittent, but is going on more often than not. I’ve read somewhere that it could be something to do with ball bearings. From my experience with my ceiling fans, there are a couple of things. One, double check the weights on the fans. Then if that’s not it, the base of fan (mounted to the ceiling) sometimes has a screw so that you can remove the plating. There are screws under the plate that may need tightening. The last item, yes, may be the bearings. Depending on the cost of the fan, in the end may be easier just to replace the fan. You may have to price out the parts at a hardware store or Home Depot to see if cost effective to repair.
